GNOCCHI AL GORGONZOLA


 Gnocchi (potatoe dumplings) are bathed and drenched in a rich gorgonzola cream....

 
Linguine ai Frutti di Mare


Fruits of the sea are sauteed in a butter-garlic wine sauce, topped with cherry tomatoes and parsley...

Gnocchi con Gamberetti & Zucchine

Zucchini slices are sauteed in white wine, garlic, tomatoes and shrimp and served over gnocchi and topped with parsley and parmesan...

Penne al Cartoccio


 Mussels are sauteed in wine, garlic, peeled tomatoes and red pepper flakes-topped with parsley- then baked to perfection!!

  1. Yummo! Very much looking forward to these recipes. We just got back from San Francisco and I had Frutti de Mar in Little Italy, but with risotto. It had prawn, scallops, calamari, mussels and clams - it was a little slice of heaven in a bowl!!!
